- I'm confused... the car salesman said he bought a vehicle for 10,000 and would now sell it for 6,000 because of the plates on it. Why not just pay the 100-200 to change the plates and sell it for 10,000 and only lose 100-200?

- complete waste of time, money and internet space... The person(s) responsible for this survey needs to consider volunteering for local charities and doing something productive instead of this. Is it possible to request a refund for time spent reading this?
